About Creative Health Project

We raise awareness of mental health and recovery and reduce stigma and discrimination, we believe in being creative for well-being and we share our lived experience with mental health and recovery in life and promote healthy living, we are a small community project and we work locally and online where we share creative work and creative ways to share our experience and gain confidence and boost self esteem and give others insight and understanding.
