The Abbots Langley Tough Ten is a series of running races through the villages of Abbots Langley, Kings Langley and Bedmond, held on the first Sunday in October every year.We raise funds for good causes within the Parish of Abbots Langley. Past beneficiaries have included the Abbots Langley Monday Club, Breakspeare School, First Responders and Scouts.
