Summary
A great family friendly day out - not one to miss!Detailed description
The Bartlow 3 Counties Walk which will take place on 4th May 2025. This great event has been supporting Addenbrooke’s for almost 20 years and this year hundreds of walkers will be taking part to raise funds for the new Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital campaign.
We are seeking the help of volunteers to support our walkers with direction or just cheering them on.
Either a few hours or all day would be fabulous to help us support this great event.
ACT staff will be there to talk to those who may be interested in hearing more about the new Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital and also helping to sell raffle tickets.
About Addenbrookes Charitable Trust
Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust is the only registered charity dedicated to supporting innovation in patient care across Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Whether it’s treatment for an emergency, acute condition, pregnancy or long term illness, we believe that every patient deserves the highest quality of care available.
Thanks to the immensely generous support of our donors, Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals can provide a level of patient care beyond that which can be delivered by NHS funding alone and make projects happen sooner or to a greater degree than might have otherwise been possible.
Charitable donations fund high-tech equipment, specialist staff, extra comforts and vital research to find potential cures and help save lives locally, nationally and worldwide.
