Summary
Finance Volunteer to support payroll preparation, payment processing and accounting for donations and income. Training will be given.Detailed description
We are looking for a volunteer for 1 day per week 9 - 2pm to include:
Coin counting using a machine
Entering income onto a database
Transferring data from database queries into spreadsheets
Scanning paper records, archiving and filing
Reviewing and cross-checking payroll details - timesheets etc.
Posting purchase invoices and payments to our accounts system
Excellent attention to detail required
