We are looking for a Dementia Friendly Volunteer Gardener who is able and willing to work and support those living with dementia at a weekly activity group located close to our Community Space area. Training will be provided.

Our volunteers are an important part of how we care, allowing us to support people with their social and emotional needs alongside receiving care from our Palliative Care Team.
