Summary

You will be the first friendly face that will greet humans and animal patients at our hospital, be outgoing and organised.

Detailed description

Role Description 

•       Greet all visitors.

•       Ensure all necessary patient records are completed upon arrival. 

•       Responsible for record keeping of all wildlife patients. 

•       Maintain the reception office and manage the telecommunication system. 

•       Answer hospital phone calls and emails.

•       Sort mail and maintain calendars and orders for the centre.

•       Provide liaison with the medical and rehabilitation teams. 


Skills Required: 

•       Good verbal communication skills. 

•       Handling pressure.

•       Listening and keeping people informed.

•       Driving licence is preferred. 

•       Some IT literacy.

•       Flexibility and available at weekends.
