Summary
Supporting the Marketing, Comms and Fundraising team in spreading the good news stories from One YMCA!Detailed description
· Supporting with developing social media campaign ideas
· Supporting with ideas for new content for our social media channels
· Monitoring and interacting with social media channel posts including liking, sharing and commenting where applicable
· Proof-reading social media posts and filming scripts
· Any practical support required on-set when filming
· Positively contribute to the wider work of the Digital Marketing team and support with any other reasonable duties required within the remit of the role
· Feeding back any concerns to supervisor
Attending regular volunteer team meetings
What we look for:
· Demonstrate an interest in Communications and Digital Marketing
· Experience of using Digital Media Platforms
· Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English
· Good numeracy skills
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
· Good IT skills
· Self-motivated, reliable, punctual and organised
· A willingness to learn new things and get stuck in
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
