At Jubilee House Care Trust, we have been supporting adults and children with learning disabilities and autism for nearly 50 years. As a charity based in Welwyn Garden City, we provide tailored services from Short Respite breaks for adults and children, to Supported Living and residential care, that empower the people we support to live their lives their way.

Across Hertfordshire and beyond, we take a person-centered approach, ensuring every individual’s needs, preferences, and aspirations are at the heart of everything we do. Our skilled and compassionate team works closely with families and communities to help people build resilience, confidence, and independence.
