Summary

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our successful Isabel Hospice Vinted account.

Detailed description

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our successful Isabel Hospice Vinted account. 


This role involves picking out sold items and packing them up, ready to be sent to the purchaser. It's important that items are sent swiftly and in suitable packaging.


We ask you to commit to at least one regular half-day weekly session. We have sessions available from Monday to Friday at: 

AM: 9am to 12pm 

PM: 1pm to 3pm 

Alternative time slots can be arranged with the manager. 


What you’ll be doing:  

Under the leadership of a manager, you will be assisting with: 

  • Checking our Vinted account to see which items have sold 
  • Finding the item in our warehouse
  • Packing the item in suitable packaging
  • Prepping the item to be sent out
  • Assisting the team with organising donated items that are suitable for selling on Vinted
  • Promoting the public’s understanding of the work of Isabel Hospice and the importance of raising funds through the eBay 
  • Promoting and applying the Isabel Hospice Health & Safety Policy

Am I eligible to volunteer?

We ask that our volunteers are:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Live within an easy commute to the area
  • Interested in volunteering for at least 6 months for at least 3 hours per week
