We are looking for someone who has access to a computer and the internet and will check the HDA phone twice a week.

They will need to find the answers to the questions asked and then reply.

British Dyslexia Association training is given to the individual before they start.

What activities will they do?

  • Check HDA mobile answerphone twice a week
  • Answer questions by returning calls
  • Attend BDA training as needed
