Are you friendly, caring and compassionate?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to drive our welfare wagons and help support our people.
As a welfare wagon volunteer, you become part of a team trained in basic mental health awareness and wellbeing support to confidently signpost colleagues to wellbeing activities and support. You will also offer drinks and light snacks to those on the frontline who may be waiting at hospital emergency departments.

Criteria: Anyone can become a welfare wagon volunteer, but you must
- be over 18 years of age
- agree to a disclosure and barring service check (DBS). This was previously known as criminal records bureau disclosure or CRB
- have a current full driving licence with a maximum endorsement of three points on application
- be willing to undertake mental health training
