Make a difference! Volunteer with the Single Point of Access team. The team call patients about appointments, answer questions, and help with clinic schedules. They're looking for help to gather telephone feedback from patients of the service to evaluate customer services and practices and help continuously improve the service.


Help the SPA Team

  • Call patients to find out how they feel about the service.
  • Collect the patients feedback on a template that will be provide
