Summary
Would you like to support children during contact with their non-resident parents? In the community or at the contact centre, we need your help!Detailed description
The role will be to support our experienced staff in the provision of a supported or supervised contact centre service. You will ensure that each family has a safe, enjoyable contact.
You will work to WTW's values and behaviours and receive a range of training and opportunities to develop your skillset. You will receive supervision from our contact centre coordinator or deputy coordinator.
We will require a full DBS check and 2 references for anyone applying to this role as the work involves vulnerable families and children.
