Summary
You will keep a record of the levels of our stock and supplies, identifying shortages and raising them to the Centre Manager for replenishing.Detailed description
Twice a week, you will maintain and update our stock spreadsheet and list purchase needs to the Centre Manager. You will also:
- Maintain adequate levels of animal food, medical supplies, cleaning materials, bedding, blankets, newspaper, hay etc.
- Alert shortages to the marketing team for appeals and donations.
- Provide a list of items to the Centre Manager for re-ordering.
- Store and secure new stock that arrives to the centre.
- Work in a team of 2 on stock control and management.
You will be working in a close knit team at our wildlife hospital and rehab centre in Rickmansworth and would suit anyone with basic record keeping skills. Full training will be provided. You can choose to work on either the morning or afternoon shifts.
