Fresch will do its best to:

·       introduce you to our organisation and people;

·       show you how we work and explain your role in our services;

·       ensure you have regular meetings with our Scheme Co-ordinator so you can tell us if you are happy;

·       provide you with regular, constructive feedback about your performance;

·       respect your skills, dignity and individual wishes and to do our best to meet them;

·       reimburse your reasonable travel costs;

·       provide lunch for those volunteering more than five hours in any one day;

·       consult with you and keep you informed of possible changes;

·       provide a safe workplace;

·       apply our equal opportunities policy;

·       apply our complaints procedure if there is any problem;

·       provide references for any job application you make;

·       welcome to trustee meetings an observer elected by Fresch volunteers.
